i zoomed in and i noticed that all the tubes were made up of individual lines!
that is so amazing! i love the level of detail you put it.
interesting idea: scientists have finally figured out a way to travel through time and when they're testing it something goes horribly wrong and they end up getting trapped OUTSIDE the space time continuim.
About your idea, it's leading us to an interesting question: what is there outside the spacetime continuum? For now, we are totally unable to know it, as it means outside of our space, and outside of time! That's certainly a very good idea for artistic creation, as it stimulates imagination!
i recently watched this documentary on string theory and it said that the universe as we know it could be just a tiny part of something much bigger, like a slice in a loaf of bread. But at current stage we have no way to access what lies beyond. Think about it this way: we are living in a kind of cinema screen. The entire movie theater is right next to us in every direction but we can't reach out to it because we are confined to the screen. There could be an almost infinite amount of parallel universes and extra dimensions out there and we don't know a single bit about them!
so the possibilities are just endless! if we were living outside of time we might not appear to age but would our life clock still keep ticking? i am definitely studying this when i go to uni!
